Before even starting my internship, I already felt part of the 360 Haarlem Tours team. Everyone was kind, open and ready to help, that made a big difference, especially in a new environment. During my time there, I got to be involved in many activities, from helping with tours to supporting the team behind the scenes. I learned a lot just by doing, and each day felt different and exciting. The two months flew by so quickly! This experience helped me grow a lot, both at work and personally. It also gave me a chance to really apply what I studied in a real and practical way. It’s something I’ll always carry with me, and it will stay in my heart forever.

I had the chance to spend 3 months working for 360 Haarlem Tours and it was a blast! This experience helped me both from a professional and personal point of view, it allowed me understand what I would like to study and do in the future and I started to believe more in myself and my abilities. It has been a challenging period: working with customers isn’t always easy and I was given a lot of responsibilities, but I also had plenty of satisfactions and the team made everything more enjoyable. My hope is to visit both the Haarlem and Amsterdam’s teams as soon as possible.

I’m proud to say that I was an intern at 360 Haarlem Tours. The two months I spent with the Haarlem and Amsterdam teams were the perfect mix of discovering a new culture, meeting new people, and growing both professionally and personally. I also learned how to quickly adapt to a new environment, something that becomes much easier when you’re surrounded by people who are genuinely supportive, like those from both 360 Haarlem and 360 Amsterdam. When I left to go back home, I didn’t just take back new professional experiences and skills, but also unforgettable memories and values. At 360, you meet so many people, learn to adapt, manage challenges, and most importantly, experience the true meaning of team spirit. You’re not just handling tasks, you’re learning how to handle yourself and support others, even in tough situations. I’ll never forget this internship or the people I met along the way. Because at 360, you don’t just gain colleagues, you gain friends.

During my internship at 360 Amsterdam Tours, a company specialising in the tourism sector, I had the opportunity to participate in the organisation and promotion of tourist experiences. This immersion allowed me to better understand the challenges of modern tourism, to improve my communication and customer relations skills, and to contribute to the development of local destinations. This internship was very rewarding both professionally and personally because I was able to rub shoulders with a young, cosmopolitan and benevolent team for 2 months. A special thanks to Savannah and Manuel without whom this experience would not have taken place.
