My internship at 360 Haarlem Tours was an amazing and enriching experience. From the very beginning, I felt welcomed and supported, which helped me grow both professionally and personally. During my time there, I had the opportunity to improve my existing skills and gain new ones, especially in communication, organization, and teamwork.
What I appreciated the most was the trust they placed in me. I was given real responsibilities, not just small tasks, and that made me feel truly valued. It was like being part of a family. I never felt like “just an intern,” but rather a real member of the team.
This experience gave me more confidence in myself and in my abilities, and I’m really proud of the progress I made. I’m thankful for everything I’ve learned and for the people I’ve met, and I’ll always carry this experience with me as an important step in my journey.

I had the chance to spend 3 months working for 360 Haarlem Tours and it was a blast! This experience helped me both from a professional and personal point of view, it allowed me understand what I would like to study and do in the future and I started to believe more in myself and my abilities. It has been a challenging period: working with customers isn’t always easy and I was given a lot of responsibilities, but I also had plenty of satisfactions and the team made everything more enjoyable. My hope is to visit both the Haarlem and Amsterdam’s teams as soon as possible.

During my internship at 360 Amsterdam Tours, a company specialising in the tourism sector, I had the opportunity to participate in the organisation and promotion of tourist experiences. This immersion allowed me to better understand the challenges of modern tourism, to improve my communication and customer relations skills, and to contribute to the development of local destinations. This internship was very rewarding both professionally and personally because I was able to rub shoulders with a young, cosmopolitan and benevolent team for 2 months. A special thanks to Savannah and Manuel without whom this experience would not have taken place.

Mijn stage van 5 maanden had niet beter kunnen zijn!
Ik werd met open armen ontvangen in de 360 familie en had zoveel plezier in het werken in een internationaal team.
Hoewel ik al vroeg verantwoordelijkheden kreeg, was er altijd iemand die mijn vragen kon beantwoorden en me kon helpen als dat nodig was.
Op deze manier kreeg ik meer vertrouwen in mezelf en kon ik meer ervaring opdoen in het werken met klanten.
Het was geweldig om 360 Haarlem Tours in de beginfase mee te maken en de kans te krijgen om mee te helpen met het ontwikkelen van nieuwe producten.
Ik kan niet wachten om weer langs te komen om de nieuwe tours uit te proberen!
